WHAT TO DO?? I have a few too many Suburbs - Need Some Input

Fellow Suburban Guys,
I have come to the realization that I have a few too many Suburbans, if that is possible (my Dear Wife says way too many). Not gonna be able to build all of them --- may as well sell to get more $ to finish the two I am building. Whatever, anyway, I just sold one three weeks ago and have probably 3 or 4 more that I will be letting go.
My problem is one that I bought three years ago in GA (now in AZ), it is the most complete of the 25 or so I have owned. It is 65 GMC Custom and has all three seats with orig covers, V6, automatic, P/S, P/B, all four window latches (still in place), owner's manual, orig title (Iowa), bills of sale and protect-o-plate as well as lots of rust. My issue is ---- do I part it out or try and sell for someone to restore with documentation. Probably more money by parting out but would sell for less if someone is willing to tackle the rust problems --- nothing that can't be repaired -- just a lot of work and money.
Looking for some input here. I'll post a few pics.
Others to be sold shortly: 1964 Chevy 4X4 350 4-speed clam shell, 1963 Chevy six 4-speed barn door, 1965 Chevy 4-speed body & trans only clam shell.

So, what do you guys think --- should I part it out or hold out for someone to build it????
