Lucky Kid, nice truck.

I'd crank it over by hand to see if the 292, RPO L25, spins.
Drain the fuel tank & add a gallon of fuel.
Rebuild the carb and replace the rubber sections of fuel line.
Parking brake working and does it have brake pedal pressure?
Fire extinguisher in hand, try to fire it up.

Aftermarket A/C with a York compressor.
Aftermarket Radio.
Not a Factory antenna
Seat was reupholstered
No windshield washer system?
Instrument Panel Gauges Z53.
Custom Appearance Z61
Custom Comfort Z62
Bright package B98
Chrome Front & Rear Bumper V37
Mirror, Left Side Short Arm D32
4 Speed Transmission M20

Key Lock right door A94?
Arm Rest right door ( Dealer Installed )
Interior Rear View Day/Night Mirror ( Dealer Installed )
Likely came with Oil Bath Air Cleaner and was replaced by aftermarket paper element.
Irving Airchute Seatbelts?
Is there a Positraction Unit
Junior West Coast Mirrors D29 at one time.
