Panel Truck Lowering Question

I want to lower the rear of my 61 Panel about 4".

It seems I have a couple options.

1. Get the HD lowering springs from somewhere like Classic Indisties
2. Get regular truck lowering springs and add helper bags for carrying a load
3. Get Jeep springs and add the helper bags.

I have a buddy who has a pair of old firestone bags I can have, and I have most of what I would need to plumb them to a Schrader valve. I almost never carry a load, and will never towing.

Whats my best option? Cost is a concern, but not as much as comfort and driveability.
