Found a trick to remove ignition cylinder

Ignition cylinder wasn't cooperating with the standard "Paper-clip-in-the-hole-turn-to-the-left" method.

Jiggle, jiggle, try again, no dice. Grrrr...
About to give up and use the old key for the ignition, but I don't want the door keys mis-matched.

Solution:

I put a tiny J-hook in the other end of the paper clip tool.
After the cylinder was turned left, insert J-hook back into hole, and gently tug while jiggling.
Voila! Ignition cylinder wiggled out, just as it should.

The truck now has new door locks and ignition, all with brand new keys.
