Panhard bar

I'm putting a 64 rear in my 62. Question is will the 64 pan hard bar work or will I still have to move the mounting bracket on the rear end. Or is there an adjustable that would work so as to eliminate having to cut and weld? I still have to move the trailing arm mounts, but the less welding the better.
