falls in its face and pops through intake...fixed

After I put my cam in the truck would run but when you would stomp it, it would hesitate fall on its face and every once in a while pop back through the intake. It also smoked white all indications of running lean. So I had the tune checked they said it was good (mail order) then I also reconfigured the intake and mass meter. Then added a fuel gauge. I had 58 psi it did not seem to lose much when I reved it but did fall some when I would hit it hard and nearly die. I was really leaning towards the tune being off because the psi seemed good. We then I find a guy with a camaro pump fairly new that had totaled his car. I picked it up for 50$ and removed the regulator out of it. I dropped it in tonight and wow. It's snappy now can't wai to boil the meats off! I looked all over for answers with no luck so I'm posting this for those with the same issue. It's probably a week pump
