1967 Chevy c10 rear drop springs

Hi,

I just joined the forum a few weeks ago. I have a 67 c10 shortbed and have upgraded my front suspension to the Ridetech tubular control arms/colivers. I don't have the money to invest in the ridetech rear suspension at the moment and am looking to drop the rear suspension 2-3 inches (I have stock spindles up front, but the control arms alone drop the front a few inches). I still want to be able to use the truck for hauling and loading 2 motorcycles. What do people suggest spring wise to drop the rear 2/3 inches and still being able to use the bed to haul? I am not sure what the stock spring rate is on these trucks, so if I get a 2 inch drop rear spring I would like the same or higher spring rate.

Thanks

Kenny
