seat assist springs do I have them right?

I assume these are seat assist spring to help you move the seat front to back but I am not sure which spring goes where or if I have the brackets in the correct way? can someone help me? The small bracket on the passenger side just doesn't fit the floor well and I can't get a bolt in right but the holes in the floor pan are the correct distance apart. Is the one in the middle in correct?
Which spring goes to which hold down and where exactly do I mount them to the seat?
