c-notch, which hits first bed or axle? and...

With a regular bolt in c notch does the bed or axle (12 bolt) bottom out first? And, would the rear sit lower or level with a stock front x member and 3" cupped arms (~28.5" tire)?

Hopefully that makes sense. I dont want to change front crossmember and when aired out I would like my truck to sit level. I also want to keep stock a.c. and bed floor... thanks for any help
