Throw out bearing

My throw out bearing has gone bad in my 62 C60. I press the clutch in and it makes an ear piercing sound. I am trying to sell the truck but I haven't had much luck with the bearing noise. I'm debating fixing it. My question is what all needs to be done to swap it. It looks like the clutch and pressure plate would come out through the bottom without having to take off the bell housing. Is this possible? I know I will still have to slide the tranny back.

How does the e-brake on the back of the tranny unhook? Can I just take off the lever or do I have to remove the whole thing?

Next up is I see no parts listed anywhere for a C60, only C40's. If I rip this thing out what's the chances one of the clutches listed for the C40's will match up?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. I've attached some pics. First pic is how my clutch looks under the truck. Looks like maybe a cover of some sort is missing?
