1977 K10 Filling Trouble in California - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Hello all, I live in California, and thanks to the environmentally friendly gas pump nozzles, I am unable to pump gas very easily into my 1977 K10. The nozzles are too short to stay inside the fill tube. There is a poor seal and gas leaks out too. I have tried the McCuff, an aid to help filling RVs, but not much luck. I tried a plastic spout from a gas can and no luck with that either.

Any ideas besides moving out of state?
