update: engine news

well, i borrowed my friends engine hoist tonight getting ready for saturday.

today the shop called me making sure what color i wanted the block painted, i said black.

he called me back a couple hours later asking to make sure my pushrods where hardend chromoly, because he said something about the guide plates i have would mess up normal ones(or thats what his secretary said)

so if he's installing the pushrods, that means he's almost done!! so it looks like i'll for sure be dropping the engine in on saturday.
