Check out these historic photos!
Being I bought my truck when I was 15, you can understand what the Dream Truck means to me. These photos just knocked me out! Dean Jefferies stripping the "Dream Truck." For those of you who don't know what the "Dream Truck" is you should be ashamed of yourself. http://www.kustomrama.com/index.php?...9s_Dream_Truck When I got my truck in '73 there were exactly two chopped AD trucks EVER (that got any attention in the magazines) they were the Dream Truck and another, a 3/4 ton truck but I can't find a photo of it right now. That was it, that was my inspiration, these two trucks. There was very, very few of them ever hotrodded. The Ford F-100 and F-1 they were WAY more popular, the Chevys were still just "trucks". In '74 I used the Rod and Custom magazine showing the Dream Truck being chopped as a guide line for chopping mine. So seeing photos such as these are a real kick for me. Brian
