1990 GMC c2500 steering feels like its binding up on cold mornings.

Power steering pump is full to the correct level on my 5.7 ltr. I noticed this morning which was our first real cold morning that the steering felt as if was binding when I went to pull away from the curb....as if I had manual steering for several seconds until it dissipated. Factory size tires and suspension...everything is stock.

Anyone experience this nonsense. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
