My new 350 finally installed and running
Never did post any pictures of the 350 I installed in place of a tired 250 six. The idea was to keep it clean and understated.
Block: 1997 4-bolt bored to 4.030" Rotating assembly: Eagle entry-level balanced kit with Speed Pro hyper pistons Heads: GM Vortec Cam: GMPP RamJet 350 roller Intake: Weiand 8121 Distributor: GM HEI Throttle and kickdown cables & bracket: Lokar Carb: Holley 600 CFM #80457SA Air Cleaner: Late 1970s Chevy (???) Air Intake Duct kit: Spectre #9751 Exhaust: cast iron 1996-2000 manifolds and HeartThrob 2-1/4" pipes Transmission: Rebuilt TH350 with TransGo Stage I valve body mods

Mike 1969 C10 LWB -- owned for 36 years. 350/TH350, 3.08 posi, 1st Gen Vintage Air, recent AAW wiring harness, 5-lug conversion, 1985 spindles and brakes. 1982 C10 SWB -- sold 1981 C10 Silverado LWB -- sold, but wish I still had it! 1969 C10 (not the current one) that I bought in the early 1980s. Paid $1200; sold for $1500 a few years later. Just a hint at the appreciation that was coming. Retired as a factory automation products salesman. Worked part-time over the years for an engine builder and a classic car repair shop. Member here for 24 years! This is the very first car/truck Internet forum I joined.
