You can buy intake manifold flanges from a couple places, but you will pay a premium (thick stock, laser straight). Your other option would be to have a set cut for you, then take them to a machine shop to be decked. LS engines use and O-ring seal on the intake manifold, but there are "Traditional" gasket alternatives.
