Park Lamp on a 67 - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I bought new park lamps and i went to install them. The connectors are completely different from the connections on the trucks wiring harness

The connector on the top is the park lamp and the bottom is the truck's harness. They will not fit together. I tried bending and shaping the plugs on the lamp connector but i cant get a good enough connection (they are very dim). I dont want to cut and connect the wires together if i dont have to

The parklamps are new and so is the wiring harness. Am i missing something??? The truck is a 1967 C10. Any ideas guys?
