Almost back in the K-truck club! 72 K10 Cheyenne Super coming my way...
Just finalized the deal on this truck from a board member the other day. I'd been looking for a mostly-stock '71-72 K10 or K20 for a while, since I sold my LS-swapped K10, and had figured I'd be looking into the summer at least, but then this truck was posted on the For Sale board and I couldn't pass it up. A week and a half later, things are set and I've got to figure out shipping! Can't wait to have it shipped across the country on salted roads...
![]() 1972 K10 Cheyenne Super, largely original. One repaint several years back, in original colors. Still has the original seat cover! Might have to find some steelies and dogdish caps for it. Interior looks really nice, exterior mostly nice, except for a bit of rust - nothing too worrisome. Here are a couple photos from the owner. I'll post more photos when I get the truck out here. "Super" excited! ![]() One question: Weren't factory tachs listed on the SPID? Or were they considered part of the "Cheyenne Super Equipment" package? Or maybe it was added later...
