Best option for 5" rear drop; all spring or spring and blocks?

So I am dropping my rear 5" to accommodate my 3.5" front drop. What is the preferred method, all spring or a combination of spring and blocks?

I see some blocks have angle built into them for the pinion angle as well.

I have the CPP tubular trailing arms already as well, just looking to move forward with this portion of the rolling chassis.

thanks
