So please let me know if I'm late to the train...

So in regards to the under bed spare tire mounts, the hardware piece that has the eyelet on it is always missing. I only have one with complete hardware and many without. Many that I see in the classifieds are also usually missing this...

So back to my original thought.. am I late to the party or did others know that the missing hardware is and has been produced??
