lyrikz PITbut Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: monroe washington Posts: 3,055	Driveline dilema. slip yoke question. How do you determine how much slip yoke you want or need. The reason I'm asking is the PO put a 454 in my blazer with a sm465 4 speed. I just pulled that and am putting a th400 in it and the overall length is 2 inches more. I have never measured slip yoke on a 4wd so I'm not really sure how much I need. 4wd will have a lot more movement then a 2wd.
