Thank you for taking the time to contact me regarding Ohio vehicle registration,
as well as the information you provided about Texas and Arkansas vehicle
registration. I appreciate feedback from engaged constituents, and value your
input.

I would be happy to circulate your thoughts to my colleagues at the Ohio House.
I also plan to reach out to our contact in the Department of Public Safety, and
will keep you updated with any pending or new legislation regarding changes to

Ohio vehicle registration -- lost or no title

Message :
Please change Ohio DMV to allow/issue Bonded titles for restorers and collectors
of antique and desirable vehicles, trucks, cars, motorcycles that have lost or
no titles. Ohio is nearly the only state that has no bonded titles or
registration for this situation. New law could follow the same rules as Texas
or Arkansas for Bonded Titles. DMV or its reps would still research the vin
numbers for possible theft before allowing.
