Headers & Clearance?

Looking to put some shorty headers on a 72 2WD Suburban which has full air ride suspension. When it's at the lowest ride level, the frame is on the ground. I am wondering if shorty headers would have any ground clearance issues? Was also looking at buying the Hooker Header Comp prefab exhaust pipe kit and only long tube Hooker Headers are a direct fit.

Just wanted to know your experiences/advise. Also what headers you have used that don't exceed $200. I am willing to modify the headers, just not sure how much I could actually take off them.

Thanks!!!
