DETAILS! - Mirrors, Seats & A/C, oh my!???

Long time lurker, newbie poster. In the process of RENOMODDING my '70 2WD Burb into a 4WD 2nd Gen Cummins.

#1) I'm looking for alternative seats for my '70 C10 BURB - I'd like 2nd row seats that fold down forward, making room for a bed, sheets of plywood or drywall. What am I keeping an eye out for? Suburban seats? What years?

#2) Mirrors - The small stock ones vibrate too much. Suggestions?

#3) A/C - No stock A/C on the Dodge or the Chevy. What's your best idea? The kids need to be comfy in the second row.
