Bagged 78' tie rod question?

Hey erbody. Ok so here's the drop: old school pancaked crossmember 1 1/4" on bags. My issue is when I'm aired out or even just lowered a bit my steering binds... It's just standard tie rod and ball joint steering (all new). I'm assuming it's because the tie rod angle is so harsh when dropped...? Here's my idea: I was thinking if I bored out the ball joint hole on my spindles so I could flip the ball joints underneath the spindle connection point. (-bore the hole due to the ball joint pin taper-) Therefore the angle would be dramatically reduced. Anyone see any issues with this? Don't hate haha I'm budget building.
