Need guidance on rear suspension options

Hi, I have a 1970 gmc 2500 with leaf spring rearend.

I'm wanting to run bags front and back. I am doing drop spindles in front and notching the rear. I need advice on options for the rearend. I am not trying to go fast, just cruise around and use it for lite truck work. I did some research but I'm starting to get lost in the weeds.

I am looking at air over leaf with 3 leafs left in. It's the cheapest but has its drawbacks plus I'm assuming limited travel.

I was looking at triangular 4 link using a universal weld on set as its on the cheap side but have no experience with the setup.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
