63 GMC v6 in a 63 C10?

Found a sweet deal. Someone wants to sell a 305 V6 and can deliver

Have a couple questions for the GMC V6 gurus....
Is it possible to install this motor into my 63 Chevy c10? And link it up to a 3 on the tree tranny?

I'm assuming that I'll need to change the motor mounts, where can I find the right ones? And radiator? I currently have a 67 250 I6 with a I6 aluminum champion radiator. And is there anything else I would need to know?
I think the alternators are on the passenger side of the motor, so I'm gonna have to figure out how to re wire the charging system?

And this motor was pulled from a 63 dump truck, the guy told me that it ran great before he pulled it out, but it scary to drop it in mine without knowing if it needs a immediate rebuild or can last for another few years.

Thanks guys!
