Technically, I'm sure you could probably just ream the spindle to the right size. Having said that, your suspension geometry would probably be way off and the truck would handle like crap, so unless you understand how suspension geometry works and know how to design a suspension system from scratch, its not a good idea. Rear axle wouldn't be difficult to do if you fab new brackets, but the newer axle is also probably wider than the factory axle so that need to be taken into consideration.
