'69 C10 Back to stock height

I'm looking for thoughts on options to take my truck back to stock height. It seems to have 2/4" drop springs in it now.

I've seen lots of options on rockauto for stock and heavy duty stock rears. I also see some vendors mentioned here who sell stock height springs.

Any suggestions? I am looking to use the truck to do some light towing (small boat) and occasional hauling but nothing heavy. Boat is ~2000lbs. I don't think I need the heavy duty rears.

Should I consider replacing shock absorbers at the same time, or do I need to due to the height change? They seem ok now.

Thanks all!
