I have a few nice used ones which I've done a restored finish on. Very minimal surface blemishes-no pitting or dulling of chrome accent trim. Gold color still shines bright and rich! I carefully masked and re-applied a flat black to the inset trim then with the chrome masked off I cleared the bow tie and black trim. This displays as nice as an NOS emblem now but with the benefit of a UV inhibiting clear. I've restored several Silverado grills for local customers lately and when re-finished properly, the grill emblem really stands out nice!!
