Dave0 Registered User Join Date: Apr 2016 Location: Brighton IL Posts: 209	Re: Beer belly / steering wheel room needed in 59 Im in the process of putting a tilt mid 70's Camaro column in my 55, I notched the firewall "up" towards the cowl, slid it as far down towards the frame as I could. It gives it a better angle for more foot room and you dont have to tilt it as much... I will try and get some pics soon!
