NC 1964 C10 shortbed Fatman Fabrication suspension

Ran across this forgotten project and made a deal and brought it home.
I have other projects so instead of letting it sit any longer thought I would see if there was any interest in it. Or I will get to it at some point.
Fatman Fab in Charlotte NC did all the suspension and brakes and sway bar
They also did all the rust repair on the cab.
Has Ford 9in rear end (5x4.5 lug pattern front and rear)
Power rack and pinion
Ididit tilt column
Has what I think is a small block 350 with auto trans
From a quick check seems motor maybe be locked up from sitting, haven't looked and what trans is in it
Clear NC title
Would prefer to sell complete as it sits
I have ALOT of paperwork of what parts were used and specifics about chassis, brakes, and rear end
asking $3500.00 obo trade????
if there is no interest in it I will keep it or consider parting it out
