Hidden Storage in a Panel Truck sides

I saw some pics a few years ago where a guy made fold down interior panels that had shelves behind them in his panel truck.

I can't seem to find them now.

I was thinking of doing a hidden TV behind a wooden panel in the back of my truck, and was looking for ideas...

Some thing that I can open up when camping, or at car shows, but that is hidden during normal daily use.
