No gas?

So the 84 won't start now. It's been sitting for about a month and ran awesome when I parked it. *Murphys law* anyways. One tank is almost empty and the other is 3/4 full. But after a month of sitting the filter went dry *glass filter* and won't get any fuel. I can see the filter flexing when I try to start it so I know it's pumping but no gas!. I tried switching tanks and gauge works showing I'm switching and can hear the switch click over but when I click back to full tank the valve makes a squealing sound. Any ideas?
