250 bellhousing into 292 inline 6
[QUOT[/QUOTE]I Have a 76 P/U inline six the Aluminum bellhousing cracked. I found a 250 inline six engine (I Believe) and pulled the bell housing thinking that it would match up the bolt pattern is the same yet it will hit on my fly wheel!
Please someone tell me what the **** happened. are 250 to 292 not alike, is it not a 250, or can i make this work? I Have a manual 4 spd with granny low the 250? has a 3 spd -- (i was told) Last edited by 292&Up; 01-02-2017 at 01:15 AM. |
