I have a 67 C10. I replaced the springs and shocks with drop springs and drop shocks.
I chose a 3/5 drop cause the sales people said with a 6 inch drop in the rear I would have to notch the frame. I got several replies from people out here that had a 6" rear drop and were fine. I should of went with the 6" drop in the rear. My question is, if I go with lowering blocks, I have rear coils, will it warp the axles, or give me wheel hop. I was reading that lowering blocks were not a good choice for lowering. I would like to lower the back about another inch a half. Without cutting the new spring, or replacing the lowered shock. Any suggestions? Thank you. |
