Pic 1: Any ideas what this retainer is for factory? My 72 has one as well. It's being used for an 8-10 gauge wire that runs to the front for I couldn't tell you it's nasty outside. It's not relevant to the 71 anyway, because the 72 doesn't have the same configuration through the firewall......That make sense?  Perhaps it's for the hose to the washer bottle. Pic 2: What's this section called? Might offer a label for the cross member, and at some point I'll have to remove it any how. Thank you
