Brake problems

In May of 2016 my 1986 swb started having a brake pull. The passenger front caliper froze up and cooked the pads/rotor. I replaced front pads, rotors, calipers and hoses. After bleeding I spun the front wheels by hand and the passenger wheel was tighter than the driver side, but no brake pull so I assumed it was ok. Fast forward 7k miles later and the passenger inner pad has gone metal to metal. The wheel turns but is still tighter than the other side. The caliper pushes in no problem so the caliper and hose are ok. Now I'm frustrated. Do these trucks have a proportioning valve? Could that be not fully releasing the passenger brake? Any ideas are greatly appreciated
