warn winch bumper
Here are a few pics and sizes of my nos bumper.
I'm terrible at this sorta thing so bear with me and if there is any questions please ask. Starting off with the paper. I began doing this outside but the sun was not playing along nicely at all. The mount brackets are still steel banded too the bumper itself I didn't want to cut them off yet for obvious reasons. All the materials used were 1/4" except the diamond plate tops that are 3/16" and so is the formed channel that makes the bumper ends.
