Had to park the old truck (Dang gas prices!)

Had to park the '72 for awhile. Gas is getting too expensive! My '72 has to run AMOCO premium (92 octane). It's ridiculous to put over $30.00 in it and it only lasts 4 or 5 days. So, I dusted off the old VW and put her back on the road. The VW gets @30mpg. It's completely restored and gets as many looks/comments as the truck does. I was going to sell it to help finance the resto on the truck but now I think I'll just drive it. I do miss driving the truck though! And it's only been one day! Have y'all had to switch to more fuel efficient "drivers" too?
