67 c10 in the sky...

So i have a 67 c10 with a conversion to disc up front. I had 3 inch drop spindles and coils with one ring cut off. Problem i had was with am 8 inch rally truck rim my control arm lip contacted the rally wheel. I put the stock spindles on yesterday and now it looks like a 4x4. What can i do to drop it two inches yp front? Can i just buy a two inch drop coil? Thats what i would like to do but i prefer not to use these spindles until i get larger wheels. Just not sure...will a two inch coil actually drop two inches?
