Wiper Switch Assembly

I went to turn on my wipers tonight and the switch completely fell apart. Looks like the housing wasnt staked well enough and all the pieces fell out the back. The parts in the picture are what I was able to find rolling around on the floor of the cab (the connector was still attached to the harness). Problem is, I have no idea how to get it back together and not even sure if I have all the parts or not. I know most will say "just buy a new switch" but this switch is less than a year old and I figured I might as well try to repair this one before I spend money on a part I already bought. Buying the same part twice is never fun. Im starting to see the chinese "quality" in several of the parts that LMC sells.
