366 Big Block

Is the 366 CI big block chevy worth haveing? This is a tall deck motor comoing out of a 71 C-60. I looked up the numbers and they are the same for the 366 and the 427 tall decks just the bore is different. The only reason that I think that it is a 366 is the build sheet on the glove box door says that it is the motor that was in it originally. They are going to auction it off at work and has gone through 2 auctions already with no bids. I bet that I could get it for under a $100.00. Let me know if any of you have any info on these tall deck motors. Thanks
