Rust repair. Where do I buy metal?

I have a new to me 1985 K30 crew cab dually. Does anyone know of anyone that sells full rockers? Or do I just need to buy two sets of standard cab rockers and cut them to fit? I need the complete inner rockers too, same story? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

I'm also looking for a small lift kit, like 3" for a reasonable price. Rough Country has a 6" that's pretty cheap but that's all they have.
