1966 Standard trim question

On my GVW tag on the kick panel says STD in the trim block. I should not have one lick of trim on this thing should I? As it is I have the "custom" Cab rear cab corners and all of the holes down the sides of the fleet body to have all of the trim and the polished front grill. This was all done by a PO right? When I do a search on Google for standard trim on a 1966 the only pictures that come up have all of the molding. What does it say in the trim block if you had all of the trim from the factory?
Thank you
