changing the oil pan on a 79 suburban
good morning,
i have tried to remove the oil pan on my 1979 chevy suburban. it is the big block 7.4 machine with the TH 400 automatic transmission. my problem is that the pan hangs on the flywheel from the converter ... do you have an advice? maybe i should lift the motor a little ... best and thx in advance, stef
