T-case swap?

i have a 1989 half ton suburban with a 241 t-case and i have been slowly( as money alowes wife kids bla bla bla ) building it up. it has stock running gear (10 bolt front and rear) 700r4 tranny tbi 350 . i also have a doner 1978 chev half ton truck. it has a 203 full time t-case . is my t-case strong enough to deal with the 14 bolt im putting in? so far its been fine (light wheeling in mostly mud). or is the 203 stronger?? the sub is also my daily driver and i've heard that a 203 isnt so good for a pavement pounder. i've also got automatic lockers on the burb, i am getting lazy and dont realy want to get rid of them but are they worth a hoot or are manuals the way to go???? thanks for your help!!!! brian770. lief@baysat.net 715-274-2234
