How do you clean inside a side marker lens?

[In The Ten Ring]

I removed the old gaskets from my side marker lenses but there is dirt/road grime inside the lenses up in the edges. I tried soaking in detergent water but no luck.

I have been told by a knowledgeable source these are glued together. How would you guys get that grime out? it looks bad from the outside of the truck.
