How effective is Dynomat on floor/firewall only?

Took the 70 out for a spin today. The road/engine noise makes having a conversation with the passenger a little difficult (*note it has the 250 and rubber floor liner) at speeds above 50mph.

I have seen a lot of people install dynomat and was wondering if anyone could really tell me if doing a basic (no door or behind fuel tank) install can make a difference.

I am just wondering if its worth doing the floor-under seat and behind the firewall will be worth the time and money.

Tks
