Let me respond to everyone in general-

First off, I will repeat that this truck should beat my truck since they were classed together. It has much more detail, and there is no doubt that from a judges standpoint it deserves to win.

I'm not a big Pro Street fan either. I think it's a style that came and went. Regardless of my personal likes, it is still a nice truck.

I could write a book on the pro's and con's of trailered vehicles vs driven. I have beaten many trailered vehicles with my 84 Z-28 back in it's days. I can tell you it was a TON of work. I don't have a problem with trailered vehicles because there are so many cases where it's just doesn't make sense to drive. Regardless, my trucks will always be drivers even if I do trailer them to the show.

I really don't know how he mounted the shifter. It was on a metal bracket coming up from the floor, but I'm sure you already guess that. My personal opinion is it's just another part of the Pro Street look that I don't care for.
